Shipping and Returns

Shipping, Returns and Exchanges – Tacchy World

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

  • Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 6–8 working days.
  • Mainland Spain 5-7 working days.
  • Europe: 7–10 working days.
  • Rest of the world: more than 10 working days, depending on the destination.

*Note: If you place multiple orders in our store, you may receive them in separate packages.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PARTS

We recommend that you carefully read these conditions before making your purchase.

At Tacchy World we take special care of all our pieces; therefore, we do not usually make exchanges or returns.

EXCEPTIONAL RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted EXCEPTIONALLY for reasons such as:

  • Defect in the fabric of the piece
  • Damage to or poor condition of the item
  • Error in the shipment by the firm

If the return is accepted:

  1. The customer must send the part through an MRW logistics office.
  2. The company will automatically send a new part in perfect condition.
  3. If there is no stock, the company has 15 business days to deliver the requested item.

The customer has two calendar days from receipt of the item to request a return, sending the package via certified mail with a tracking number and notifying the company of said number by email or WhatsApp. The return shipping costs will be borne by the company.

Condition of the parts

  • The garment must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories, gifts, or brand tags. If the tag has been tampered with, the item smells of perfume, is stained with makeup, or shows signs of wear, the return will not be accepted.
  • Returns of used parts or parts that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • All garments will be inspected upon receipt.
  • If the item includes a gift from the brand, this must be included in the return.

Refund policy

• The money is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• A voucher will be issued for the exact amount of the purchase, valid for one year from the date of issue.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS AS THEY ARE CONSIDERED PARTY OR EVENT ITEMS.

Returns via Klarna

  • Only EXCEPTIONAL returns will be accepted for the reasons mentioned above.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the part from their nearest MRW office.
  • All orders placed through Klarna can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The money is non-refundable; a voucher valid for one year for future purchases will be awarded.
